Teens are the peoples who come between the ages of thirteen to nineteen. Teens face lots of problem during these days, Violence is one of them. Violence is a learned behavior. Children learn violent behaviors from their family, as well as observe it in their neighborhoods and in the community. These behaviors are reinforced by what youth see on television, on the Internet, in video games, movies, music videos, and what they hear in their music.The boys are most commonly involvedin violent behavior than in comparison to the girls.The educational factors for those boys maybe their friends and other social factors. Mostly boys use to see the violent movies which affect them very much. Often girls don't like to see the violence movies so they are less involved in violence like activities.
A rude behavior, difficulty in school performance and highly use of illicit drugs may be identified as predictors of teenagers violence. The parents should try to supervise their teenager's activities for not involving towards this behavior. If there is a problem then it is discussed for the solution.
It is a learned behavior and the teens discover violent behaviors from their family unit and peers. Some of the teenagers learn violence in their neighborhoods and in the society at large. The reason for violent behavior may be the regular vision of television, playing violent video games, listening violent music or watching violent movies.
Some efforts are trying by some social workers to decrease the exposure of teenagers to violence in the home, community, and through the media. Often in many home you will get a gun easily. It is a weapon which is used by high violent behavior. The gun should be kept in very safe place and it must be out of reach of your teens and their friends. There may be other family members that are depressed, anxious or drug abuser. They can use the gun for shooting some one including them also. So the gun must be kept safe from these persons. The gun also must be kept unloaded and locked. Only responsible adults can have the key.
